Obelisk #62 - Top 8 Deck Lists

Academy  League is a tournament style where players  compete starting at Slifer rank to become Ra  rank, and finally become Obelisk to earn a  Worlds invite for first place! Οbelisk 62 highlighted the impact of new faces and bold deckbuilding choices on the competitive landscape. Mr BigNoodle claimed the win with a Warrior build that sparked discussion, notably due to the controversial inclusion of Masked Sorcerer, while Tiso followed closely with a clean, streamlined Warrior list. Panda Burn piloted by Nessapouliata punished overextension and rewarded tight play, as Warrior variants continued to dominate the Top Cut with Legoat rounding out the Top 4. The rest of the Top 8 showcased a healthy spread, from Confuse Rei’s Chaos Control to multiple Chaos Turbo takes — including a particularly spicy build from Shavyes — reinforcing the idea that experimentation is actively shaping the Obelisk meta.
